Senior Account Manager (Water & Local Government)

We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager (Water & Local Government) on behalf of our clients engaged in IT Solutions companies. The requirements are as follows:

Qualifications:

• Exposure in B2B solution sales, strong passion in learning new technologies and ability to understanding and solving complex customers problems by providing detailed consultative solutions.
• Strong knowledge and having good relationship with the assigned industry / sector market is preferred
• Understand market, customer drivers, competition and regulatory environment is mandatory.
• Work experience for MNC or System Integrator will be an advantage. Adaptable to collaboration cross-functionally within large-scale department, to drive all aspects of the winning sales strategy.
• At least 3-5 years of Account Management, IT Solution Sales or Business Development experience
• Having experience in solution selling process and account management for nurturing enterprise customer. Position as the customers trusted advisor for the long-term customer relationship and own executive relationship across the customer enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
• Responsible for revenue and margin growth; customer satisfaction, forecasting accuracy; customer/partner success.
• Develop and close new and incremental business across assigned segment to identify, qualify, create and execute account plans.
• Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.

Status : 3 Month Probation - Permanent

WFO/WFH : Hybrid (3 WFO, 2 WFH)

Location: South Jakarta

Working Hours: 09.00 - 18.00 (Jakarta Time)
