The Senior Designer Manager is accountable for the following functions and responsibilities:

Hire, mentor and manage a team of visual media and UX designers, and create clear paths for career progression.

Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media, UX Design or equivalent experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing for open, honest, and consistent communication.

Proficiency in written and verbal English language to succeed in a remote work environment.

Experience working in a multinational technology startup preferred.

- Manage time schedule and project budget

- Having 2-5 years experience in design coordination or construction project.

- Designing and drafting building plans

- Able to do coordination with structural, MEP, and other related parties.

- Prepare project document and material specification

- Consult and discuss with team

At least 3-5 years of Account Management, IT Solution Sales or Business Development experience

Strong knowledge and having good relationship with the assigned industry / sector market is preferred

Senior Account Manager (Water & Local Government)

Understand market, customer drivers, competition and regulatory environment is mandatory.

Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts

Utilize graphic design and illustration skills to produce contents that effectively communicate key messages.

Able to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines while still maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

A minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in design or a similar position.

Having an experience working in advertising industry is highly desirable.

Having an experience in 3D Design is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and creativity.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work automously

Ensure they understand and apply the Worley quality management systems

Have the experience and skills to set the standard and drive the rest of the team to excel in HSE

5 years plus experience in roads design and drafting

Have experience in design for constructability, operations, and maintenance

Responsible for safe working practices both personally and in their designs, using the Worley framework

Responsible for full-cycle recruiting for Managers up to Senior Managers.

Proactive in partners with managers to update job descriptions and write effective postings to attract top talent.

Experience in working with cross-functional team leadership.

Experience in managing stakeholders within and outside of HR that have an impact on the recruiting strategy.

Experience with HR Recruiting processes and programs.

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Min. 3 years of agency experience

Experienced in client-facing and presentation

Is a T-shaped skills person

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work independently and as a team

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet project requirements.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team.

At least 7 years of experience in design, with a focus on user experience and brand design.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to leading and excuting design projects and provide guidance and support as needed.

Experience conducting user research and using data to inform design decisions.

Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
