Senior Recruiter (Local Conglomerate In Health Care Industry)

About the Role:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, partnering with functional business leaders to support our client growing workforce. As part of a highly effective team, you will develop and execute strategies to source, attract, and onboard high-quality talent nationwide. You will consult with assigned business partners throughout the hiring process and maintain appropriate documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactive in partners with managers to update job descriptions and write effective postings to attract top talent.
• Maintains requisitions and all required information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Performs innovative candidate sourcing including but not limited to: internet recruiting, networking, social media, job fairs, open houses, associate referral programs, or college recruiting.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting for Managers up to Senior Managers.
• Ensure regular reporting of relevant recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruiting program.
• Develop screening and interview tools to establish criteria and determine qualified candidates.
• Develops and maintains a close relationship with hiring managers, to fill their staffing needs, understand position requirements and develop specific recruiting plans.
• Liaising between all departments to set and achieve hiring goals, strategize effectively, budget appropriately, and build a cohesive, strong team.

Key Requirements:

• Successfully run strategic recruiting projects that enable the team to hit their hiring goals.
• Track record of success in finding, engaging, and hiring top talent.
• Command of metrics including pipeline data, hiring forecast, and recruiting capacity.
• Previous start-up experience.
• Experience in working with cross-functional team leadership.
• Able to define TA metrics to measure achievements.
• 5+ years of experience recruiting, with at least 2 years leading a team
• High aptitude for coaching, mentoring, and developing talent supporting their goals.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with HR Recruiting processes and programs.
• Experience in managing stakeholders within and outside of HR that have an impact on the recruiting strategy.
