Technical Recruiter

Our Recruiting team at XYZ GOAT plays a vital role in achieving our mission by Top 1% Engineers in Indonesia. Our recruiters are strategic business partners for our hiring managers and hiring teams as well as brand ambassadors to our candidates.

Youdo not have to quit your company, as you can work on this position aspart-time contract.So basically you canadd some bonus to the compensation from your current company.

What you'll do

• Partner with hiring managers and hiring teams to understand their business and hiring needs; develop strategies to meet those needs
• Plan and manage job advertising or other channels
• Track and analyze KPIs for recruiting and provide relevant updates to hiring managers and teams
• Be an enthusiastic ambassador for the XYZ GOAT brand!
• Drive the hiring process by managing various internal stakeholders and candidates
• Manage full life-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of high priority technical roles
• Source potential candidates through direct channels and build relationships with top-class talent in the marketplace

Requirements

Qualifications

• The ability to build productive partnerships with internal stakeholders and external business partners
• Over 2 years of recruiting experience either in a recruiting / search firm or a corporate environment
• Business level English
• The ability to deliver consistent results across hiring projects in a fast-paced, evolving work environment

Preferred qualification

• The ability to both work autonomously and ask for help when you need it
• Experiences of working as a recruiter forTraveloka, Tokopedia, Gojek, Bukalapak, Google, Blibli, ShopeeorGarena.
• Experience in recruiting engineers and candidates in the technology industry
• The ability to run and drive direct sourcing initiatives

Working conditions

• Compensation will be paid only based on how many engineers actually hired by you each month.
• We pay you $400 ~ $600 for one successful hiring of top engineer in Indonesia.
