Technical Recruiter

id/x partners provide consulting services that specializes in utilizing data mining solutions combined with an integrated risk management and marketing discipline to help clients optimize the portfolio profitability and business process. We want you to be part of our team, in which you will play a major role helping us to fundamentally aspect of our solutions.

You Will Be Responsible/Responsibility

• Schedule interviews and check the candidate’s suitability with the requirements.
• Responsible for hiring-related paperwork.
• Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for Tech/Engineering team

Requirements

• Good critical thinking, negotiation skills, and decision-making skills
• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
• Preferably having experience working in a consultant/agency company
• Interested in a fast pace and collaborative environment
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
