Position:Senior Technical Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive technical training programs to both employees and clients. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the training needs of the organization, creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the programs. Your feedback and recommendations will be crucial in improving training outcomes and enhancing organizational performance. Apart from training, you will be also engaged in Engineering projects and delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical workshops, platform health checks, DevOps maturity assessments, CI/CD target date assessments, platform/pipeline security post checks, and observability assessments.
• Design bootcamps for new joiners, fostering their integration and providing them with essential technical knowledge.
• Assign and assess the capabilities of teams or organizations, helping to identify and address skill gaps.
• Collaborate with partner and client engineers on programming and training initiatives.
• Evaluate existing training programs to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements.
• Regularly update and revise training materials to ensure they remain current, accurate, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Conduct virtual training sessions, utilizing various methodologies and techniques to effectively deliver the content.
• Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and participant feedback, providing valuable insights to management.
• Develop and enhance training materials, including manuals, videos, presentations, and visual aids, ensuring they are engaging and informative.
• Perform technical presales activities, contribute to solutions architecture, review technical designs, and assist with project inception.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and subject matter experts to ensure training content is comprehensive, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational goals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and training methodologies, incorporating them into training programs as appropriate.

Required Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Kubernetes clusters and infrastructure management is essential.
• Strong knowledge of the Linux operating system, as well as experience with Bash, Python, or any scripting language.
• Previous practical experience or project involvement, preferably with relevant technical certifications.
• Sound understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and automation.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a technical trainer or in a similar role, demonstrating a successful track record of delivering effective training programs.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in virtual and physical settings.
• Experience utilizing training software and tools to enhance training delivery.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or a related area, highlighting your technical expertise.
• Familiarity with virtual training platforms and tools.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple training projects simultaneously.
• Solid knowledge of adult learning principles and various training methodologies.
