Technical Writer Jobs

• Work with other Content Specialists and Subject Matter Experts to deliver high-quality written material within the release schedule
• Maintain documentation for R&D and update content as new features get developed and/or functionality gets changed
• Collaborate with the Content Manager and the Product Owner to work out priorities
• Deliver inspiring and professional written material that brings the WOW factor!
• Work as an essential member of the team and achieve outcomes on time and budget
• Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of all Company and Customer data

Job Requirement:

• Use of Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in mining / mining-software
• Has a strong attention to detail
• Experience with image editing software
• TOEFL/IELTS certification
• Very strong English speaking and writing skills is a must
• Skilled at multi-tasking and working in a fast paced environment
• Able to publish and maintain documents in a document management library
• 3 to 5+ years’ experience as a Technical Writer
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
