Excellent writing, editing and communication skills

Has experience using Figma will be preferred

Prepare and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing and user documentation.

Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality.

Write, format, edit, review and proof procedural and technical information for technical and non technical users.

Assist in planning, scheduling and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables.

Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding requirements, changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.

Two or more years of experience as an effective technical writer

Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences

Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail

English communication skill is a must

Salesforce knowledge (is a plus)

Good logical thinking and communication skills, as well as good project management and coordination skills.

Continuously improve the quality and services of the data warehouse based on the requirements of accuracy, timeliness and stability.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant field.

Experience in SQL (Spark and Presto) is a must.

Practical experience in real-time data warehouse architecture (Lambda/Kappa architecture), real-time data processing and real-time data warehouse is preferred.

Preferably have past experiences in an Internet company, with practical experiences in enterprise data warehouse design and implementation.

Create and/or manage guidelines and formats for each departments

Good communication and interpersonal skill

Ability to manage and delegate multiple assignments and priorities

Interview our lead developers to create consistently clear and digestible documentation for technical processes

Create or design tutorials related to play our game, how to use features and release notes

Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences.

Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.

Explain technical ideas in simple language

Organize and write supporting documents for products.

Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards.

Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.

Having analytical skills and knowledge of business processes

1 years ++ experiences in Technical Writer

Having experiences in using JIRA and Confluence

Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation

Excellent written skills in English

Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace

Exceptional technical writing skills with 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Work and communicate effectively with software developers, product marketing, and product managers to write and maintain high-quality documentation.

Create other client aids such as an online demo, online video, online help, guided tour, and other educational guidelines and techniques

Prior experience in a SaaS-based company is preferred.

Excellent English communication skills (written).

Proven experience in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
