Nuverse is a game development and publishing brand under Bytedance, for players and developers around the world. With the mission of "Inspire Creativity, Enrich Life", we are dedicated to serving gamers worldwide, helping 1 billion gamers play and create together in amazing virtual worlds.

In order to better connect our game with players in different regions of the world, we need to cooperate with partners in various regions. For now, we're focusing on the exploration of mobile and PC gaming channels in Southeast Asia and looking for an enthusiastic professional who is interested in the game publishing business to support our cooperation with local institutions in Southeast Asia.

• Gain insight into the latest trends of games in various sub channels.
• Familiar with market cooperation contacts in various industries in Southeast Asia, such as QSR/FMCG/Artist/Exhibitions etc. Able to launch co-marketing activities with them to enhance the exposure and reputation of the game;
• Explore game distribution channels in Southeast Asia, to find and create new channel cooperation models, including long tail channels, institutional cooperation and local promotion channels;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, at least 3 years+ of experience in business development in the gaming or entertainment industry;
• Ability to create effective relationships with various cross-regional partners;
• Experience in Indonesia gaming market will be a big advantage.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English and either of Malay, Bahasa Indonesia in order to communicate with the local vendors and game users;
• Enjoy playing different Mobile Games/Console Games/RPGs and have your own insights into these games;
• Familiar with local cooperation resources, seasoned experience to facilitate key cooperation；
