Business Developmenet Manager ( Kol Agency )

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Team. The primary focus of this role will be to identify and secure sponsorships for our eSports organization and facilitate talent endorsements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the eSports industry, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business development and sponsorship acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential sponsors or client
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and talent management, to develop integrated sponsorship strategies.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with potential sponsors through cold calls, emails, meetings, and networking events.
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and promote sponsorship, KOL & Production House opportunities.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sponsorship acquisition progress, including revenue forecasting and performance metrics.
• Creating Forecasting
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sponsorship prospects and stay ahead of industry changes.
• Work closely with talent managers to identify endorsement opportunities for eSports athletes and negotiate endorsement deals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sponsorship proposals tailored to the specific needs and objectives of potential sponsors.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential sponsors, including contact information, key decision-makers, and relevant details.

Qualifications:

• Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours as needed.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and acquiring high-value sponsorships.
• Strong knowledge and passion for the eSports industry
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or sponsorship acquisition
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value of sponsorship opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with sponsors, talent, and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
