AIA is hiring Agency Recruitment Development Lead to manage initiative & communication to Internal & External Agency Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Inorganic opportunities
• Activation of new recruits and experience agents
• Develop partnership with community partners
• Drive organic recruiting activities working closely with CAOs and ABPs (Inc. BOP strategy, social media etc)
• Building E2E recruitment engine

Job Requirements:

• Self-driven
• Able to work individually and in a team.
• Have a good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to speak Bahasa and English
• At least 10 years of working experience in Industry especially Insurance
• Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
• Meticulous
• Computer Literature: MS Office, internet and other applications relating with the role and responsible.
