Recruitment And People Development Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Conduct orientation sessions
• Prepare and implement training budget
• Manage periodically update related to employee database (excel and HRIS System) and employment agreement
• Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.
• Develop employees, related to organizational needs, potential & performance
• Making strategies & monitoring the fulfillment of manpower & turn over needs
• Maintaining MPP of all divisions and fully responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment process
• Make a report on the recruitment process about the applicants
• Provide companies with classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops
• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA)

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Psychology
• Familiar with Psychotest Tools and Interpretation
• Proactive, agile, detailed, independent, & commited attitude towards work Excellent leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and interpersonal skill
• Minimal 3 years of experience as Human Resources/ Human Capital
• Experience in drafting company documents (SOPs, KPIs, job description, training material, etc), hiring talent and third party recruitment process (outsourcing)
• Have proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment process, People Development, and Organization Development
