People Development Supervisor Jobs

• Setting clear expectations for the development and implementation of learning and organization development solutions with stakeholders and partners
• Execute Training Need Analysis (TNA) in all department to oversee every department training needs to improve employee capabilities in order to support company's goal.
• Manage partnerships with external consultants and vendors, managing associated investments and budgets
• Build annual and monthly training program and prepare training plan.
• Provide key insights to business leaders and Human Resources on onboarding, engagement and integration ROI outcomes
• Provides design learning / training program (create training modules and training delivery) for all department in order to develop soft skills and hard skills for all employees.

Job Requirements :

• 3 year(s) proven working experience as People Development Specialist
• Willing to be assigned for business travel especially to company Site
• Must be the best at what they do and go the extra mile, needs to be flexible, to provide top quality services.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of Job Competency, Training Need Analysis, Training Evaluation and ROI.
• Placement in Head Office, Jakarta Barat
• Possess excellent analytical thinking, presentation skill, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse community.
• Ability to keep their word, deliver results, be committed to their responsibilities, have strong willpower and act as if the business was their own.
