About this Position
We are looking for a People Analytics Specialist who will be responsible for the data project in Human Resources / People Team. You are expected to collect, structure, analyze, and report on HR processes and data in order to create impact by transforming them into insights and give strategic recommendations for HR / People team.
As our Astronaut, your missions are:
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to analyze hiring metrics, assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and identify opportunities for talent acquisition improvement. Evaluate and recommend strategies to enhance employee retention and reduce turnover.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze data to identify factors impacting employee satisfaction, motivation, and commitment. Collaborate with HR to design and implement initiatives that enhance employee experience and drive a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee the collection, integration, and analysis of HR data from multiple sources, such as HRIS, performance management systems, employee surveys, and external benchmarks. Utilize advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to derive valuable insights.
- Evaluate the performance management system and learning programs' impact on employee growth and development. Partner with HR to design and implement data-driven strategies to improve performance and career development.
- Manage overall company HRIS via Talenta
- Develop and execute the overall people analytics strategy aligned with business goals and HR priorities. Collaborate with HR leaders and executives to identify key business challenges and leverage people analytics to solve complex workforce issues.
- Develop visually compelling dashboards and reports to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders, including senior management and executives.
- Work closely with the GA and IT teams to collect and analyze data related to their respective functions, such as office operations, facilities management, IT support, and technology infrastructure. Provide insights to optimize their processes and ensure a seamless working environment for employees.
- Collaborate with the Payroll team in terms of monthly payroll calculation for certain pay components
- Conduct workforce planning and predictive modeling to forecast talent needs, skills gaps, and turnover rates. Provide actionable recommendations to HR and business leaders for effective resource allocation and talent optimization.
Job Requirements
In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes, talent management, organizational design, and business strategy
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suites and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate data insights into actionable HR and business strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools.
- Deep commitment to data privacy, ethics, and maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in people analytics or a similar role, preferably within the e-commerce, retail, or technology sectors. Proven experience leading and executing people analytics projects
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, capable of managing multiple priorities and driving results in a dynamic setting.
