People Services (Hr) Jobs

We are looking for a People Services to join our HR team. Your key responsibilities is to provide high levels of employees service, facilitate an efficient day-to-day human resources activities and administrative services to ensure the smooth running employee journey.

You will also play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. This would be a great opportunity for a quality-focused, people-oriented person who enjoys working on streamlining HR processes to improve efficiency and the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Serve as first point of contact to all employees for compensation and benefit related issues, not limited to leave application, benefits inquiry, and overtime
• Communicate with third party services, such as social security (BPJS), Manpower Ministry, insurance provider to maintain an up-to-date data and resolve benefit-related issues
• Support end-to-end employee life cycle from pre-onboarding to offboarding, not limited to induction training, probationary records, resignation/termination notices, and exit interviews
• Responsible for maintaining personnel data in our HRIS
• Partnering with leaders and relevant stakeholders to create an employee life cycle journey and provide a remarkable working experience
• Support the team in updating and implementing all necessary policies and improving policies and procedures related to logistics
• Perform payroll calculations including overtime, referrals, allowances and deductions, pro-ration and retro-pay

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Services, including employee onboarding and offboarding, compensation & benefits, and HR administration
• Knowledgeable in local laws for payroll, taxation and social security (BPJS)
• Experienced in using HR tools and platform, preferably Talenta or other similar HRIS
• Able to communicate in English
• Experience of payroll tax
• Hands-on mentality with strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability
• Hold minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field of study
• Familiar working in startups or fast-paced environment is a plus
• Able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner
