THey empower underprivileged students and dropouts, focusing on improving their economic, educational, and future prospects. Currently, they offer their services across Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Tangerang Selatan, and Bekasi (Jabodetabek).

They are currently looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Marketing Lead to join their team in Bogor, Indonesia. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in an environment that values creativity, efficiency, and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze sales goals performance and strategize improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with key strategic partners.
• Manage the development and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities to increase company revenue.
• Responsible for sales targets and performances.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to create a cohesive marketing and sales strategy.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or above.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is a must.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proven 2+ years experience in a similar sales or marketing role, especially for digital marketing field.
