Role
This role will lead Client Services function and responsible for all reports, corporate and policy matters in regard to marketing and client relationship. This person will also provide support to sales/distribution and marketing team and maintain client relationship in terms of transaction and ad-hoc initiatives. He or she can also be responsible for client related projects.
Key Accountabilities

• Provide support to Client Relationship Manager on activity tracking and timelines, according to the latest SLA.
• Coordinate with internal team to prepare due diligence as required by potential Client/Partner.
• Ensure smooth process in marketing support area and ensure the compliance to any update on regulation (from Eastspring Group and Regulators) in Client Services area.
• Ensure good control and verify the subscription/redemption/switching batch form with each supporting documents.
• Oversees Client Service function.
• Ensure that Client's transaction into Eastspring Investments Indonesia Mutual Funds received and proceed by Operation Team.
• Maintain SLA with Client if there is any update or changes.
• Able to provide good services to internal and external partners.
• Responsible for Client’s reporting and support services related to funds managed by Eastspring Indonesia, on Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly basis.
• Responsible for Client’s related projects
• Maintain, organize and ensure proper filling of marketing related documents.
