Client Relationship Officer Jobs

We are looking for a Client Relationship Officer who is responsible for directly ensuring the smooth onboarding and account management of current and prospective clients through excellent and proactive customer service and acting as their main contact.

Responsibilities:

• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
• Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
• Create plans to address clients’ business needs
• Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
• Up-sell and cross-sell services and products
• Build relationships with key employees among customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs (include events)

Requirements:

• Have interested in selling field
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach
• Great interpersonal and relationship-building skills
