Student Liaison Jobs

1. Reporting and working relationship

You will be reporting to Indonesia Hub Sales & Marketing Manager.

With you in the team are:

• Student Liaison : Focus on Sales & Recruitment
• Marketing Officer: Focus on Marketing & Industry Relations

2. Main Role and responsibilities

As the Student Liaison Officer, you will be tasked with student recruitment activities for Le Cordon bleu campuses. This includes contacting and following up leads, counsel students on their Le Cordon Bleu program choices, processing student applications, maintain student database, and keeping relationship with students after enrolment. The main performance indicator is the number of students recruitment total per year. You will also be included in Marketing & Promotion related activities.

3. Tasks

Your main tasks in the role will be:

• Check and process student applications.
• Understand all Le Cordon Bleu products to the details.
• Maintain all recruitment channels (agents, schools, universities, and more).
• Contact and follow up leads from campaigns and activities.
• Work together with Marketing officer in creating impactful recruitment campaign.
• Attend recruitment activities / events.

4. Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Provide monthly reports in number of leads, applications, and enrolment obtained.
• Recruitment campaigns review every 3 months.

5. Personal Skills and Soft skills

You are required to have these skills:

• Quick to adapt in fast-changing environment.
• Capable of explaining education programs clearly.
• Culinary & hospitality knowledge is a competitive advantage.
• Highly sociable with good communication skill.

6. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications for this role:

• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing / Hospitality is preferable.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Standard Microsoft Office prowess (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
