The Director of Government Affairs shall lead a team as the strategic narrator for government & regulator related agenda. He/she shall develop, align & execute the agenda to support business objectives in matters such as market access, regulations, partnerships & sponsorships. The Director shall work closely with the leadership team to analyse & advise the business impact from public matters; lead relevant campaigns & events; acquire warm relationships with senior personnel at ministries, regulators, agencies, industry associations & other public / civil institutions, including being on top of any risk/crisis management matters .

The hire should come with 10+ years in Indonesia public policy and advocacy in government relations within a respectable organisation. There should be deep interest and experience in government engagement strategy and implementation, with first hand direct senior level stakeholder access.
