Job Description
  • Make and prepare delivery order document for product shipment
  • Create market demand and market potency
  • Monitoring and mke sure for the clear payment
  • Give price offering and negotiation
  • Controling product stock based on customer request
  • Monitoring production planning and stock
  • Doing sales operational
  • Monitoring for shipment and request progress
  • Collecting and handle payment guarantee
  • Make and control last request, makes sales contract and monitoring for product distribution to the customer
  • Make sales planning for the distributors, private project owner, state-owned enterprise, fabricators, big retail stores


Minimum Qualifications


  • Understand basic english
  • Dynamic personality, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experienced in sales and marketing in housing/building/construction industry
  • Minimum 2 (two) years sales experience in housing/building/construction industries and retail sector
  • Knows people/clients they can contact to in these industries
