Lead Generation Specialist (Cosmetics Industry)

One of our clients in the cosmetics industry is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist with the details below:

• Provide offers to prospective prospects regarding products and services
• Identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients in an effort to increase company turnover, increase the number of customers, reach a wider area and increase market penetration.
• Prepare and analyze sales report data & sales team performance to management
• Planning RTD gatherings with senior & junior doctors and collaborating with doctors' associations to procure SKP.
• Conduct routine clinic/up-country visits, both within the city of Jakarta and outside the city.
• Prepare sales strategies with the sales team and provide strategic recommendations in all sales processes
• Build and maintain good relations with existing and prospective customers
• Looking for qualified and targeted prospects, both in Jakarta and outside the city.
• Develop and achieve sales team sales targets
• Analyze market trends, competitor products, and potential future product needs in an effort to expand the company's product lines & types.
• Ensuring information and all CRM data is true and accurate
• Able to work together effectively in a team and support the success of the team as a whole.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in cosmetic distributorship industry
• Understand and be able to use CRM tools
• Familiar with exhibition events such as: INDAAC, ISWAM, etc.
• Comfortable with doing up country visits outside of Jakarta/Java on a routine basis
• Male
• Familiar with doctor's local communities and groups such as: PERDESTI, PERDOSKI, etc.
• Have existing networks with aesthetic doctors / beauty clinic owners / spa owners / salon owners / hotel spa operators.
• Understand the process of obtaining doctor's SKP.
