Lead Generation Associate Jobs

Bachelors/Master's degree, preferably in management, analytics, business or engineering, or any relevant experiences.

You will report to City Manager Satellites NCJ (Pekalongan Raya & Kudus Raya)

You have experience with managing projects and leading teams. You have to be comfortable with managing multi-function stakeholders

Good in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills

You are experienced to negotiate and deal collaboration projects with any external stakeholders/partners

Exposure and experience with creating dashboards of Tableau, PowerBI, etc

2. Excellent knowledge and passion for eco-friendly merchandise, green campaigns, and sustainable practices.

4. Proven track record of identifying and closing sales deals, with a results-oriented mindset.

5. Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

8. Proficient in using CRM tools and sales software for lead tracking and reporting purposes.

9. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation: starting from 6,500,000 and commission %

Prepare and analyze sales report data & sales team performance to management

Provide offers to prospective prospects regarding products and services

Previous experience in cosmetic distributorship industry

Looking for qualified and targeted prospects, both in Jakarta and outside the city.

Conduct routine clinic/up-country visits, both within the city of Jakarta and outside the city.

Develop and achieve sales team sales targets
