We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with a passion for sustainability to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new B2B sales leads, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth through the effective promotion and sale of our eco-friendly merchandise and green campaign services.


Responsibilities:

1. Proactively identify and target potential B2B clients within various industries, including corporations, organizations, and institutions, that align with our mission and values.

2. Conduct thorough market research to understand the needs, challenges, and growth potential within the eco-friendly merchandise and green campaign industry.

3. Generate new leads and develop a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.

4. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their sustainability goals and objectives, providing personalized solutions, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.

5. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and operations teams, to ensure alignment in sales strategies and execution.

6. Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and product demonstrations to educate potential clients about our eco-friendly merchandise and green campaign services.

7. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring terms and conditions are accurately communicated and contracts are executed in a timely manner.

8. Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

9. Meet and exceed sales targets and quarterly revenue goals, and provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts.


Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the sustainability or environmentally conscious industry.

2. Excellent knowledge and passion for eco-friendly merchandise, green campaigns, and sustainable practices.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients at all levels.

4. Proven track record of identifying and closing sales deals, with a results-oriented mindset.

5. Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

6. Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our products and services effectively.

7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple prospects and clients effectively.

8. Proficient in using CRM tools and sales software for lead tracking and reporting purposes.

9. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
