• Utilizing data-driven insights to guide decision-making processes. You will regularly analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign effectiveness, and assess user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement
• Be in charge of developing and implementing effective Community, PR and marketing strategies tailored to the Indonesian market. This involves identifying target audiences, creating compelling campaigns, and leveraging various channels to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and user engagement. Your goal is to position Jagat as a leading location-sharing platform in Indonesia.
• Be responsible for overseeing all operational processes in the country. This includes managing and coordinating activities related to public relations (PR), marketing, social media, and community engagement. You will ensure the smooth execution of these functions and contribute to the overall growth and success of Jagat in Indonesia.
• Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Your leadership skills will be crucial in motivating the team to achieve targets and delivering exceptional results.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for this role, as you will be collaborating with international teams and stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven track record of leading teams, managing projects, and delivering results
• 7+ years of experience in community building and marketing area. Preferably familiar with start-up industry and still can strive even in ambiguity.
• Previous experience in public relations, marketing, or community management roles is highly desired. Familiarity with the Indonesian market, cultural nuances, and social media platforms is an advantage
• Bachelor Degree in related field
