Working Experience: 6 to 8 year experience in product stewardship, EHS or related functions in chemical industry.

Strong working knowledge of polyurethane chemistry, value chain and safe handling in plant operation

Experience working with chemical regulations, including GHS, safety datasheet, product declaration and registration

Knowledge of thermoplastics compounding is an advantage

Strong organisational and interpersonal skills in multicultural environment

SAP knowledge is an advantage

Bachelor’s degree and 1-year related experience or equivalent combination.

Understanding on manage the ads through Google and social media.

Experience with relevant technology for retaining members for communications, constructing reports, and managing calendars.

Experience providing administrative or project support.

Experience writing, editing and proofreading.

Experience managing diverse activities to meet deadlines.

Ability to create a high-performing, agile organization demonstrating strong people and team management skills

Recruit, retain, engage, develop and manage talent to ensure there is a pipeline for critical positions

Can demonstrate experience of ensuring supply chain readiness in delivering innovation and new products to the market

Ensure cooperation with internal (commercial and supply chain teams) and external stakeholders (customers and third-party providers) so objectives are met

Ensure business goals are achieved through the effectiveness of the IBP process

Define logistics service operational guidelines (i.e., defining guidelines, parameters, service levels and standards) in which local third-party providers operate

An in-depth knowledge of insect control traits and insecticide and their use.

Bachelors Degree in Entomology or closely related field is required. Master of Science/PhD is a plus factor.

Background and understanding of key aspects of insecticidal trait development, commercialization, regulation and stewardship.

Working understanding/competence of processes and systems required for data capture, analysis and presentation.

Membership on teams demonstrating significant contributions and leadership.

Demonstrated accomplishments in the field with excellent public speaking effectiveness.
