Role Overview: Embark on an exciting journey as a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Lead, taking the reins of our SEM campaigns that span Google, Facebook, YouTube, and more. As a pivotal player, you'll spearhead strategies, foster innovation, and lead your team to create campaigns that captivate and convert.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, strategize, and execute SEM campaigns for optimum ROI
Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and trends that drive improvements
Oversee and dissect website analytics and PPC initiatives
Keep campaign expenses on track, ensuring budget adherence
Forge close collaboration with media partners and media publishers
Deliver compelling SEM strategies to internal and external stakeholders
Elevate client presentations and workshops with your expertise
Mentor and lead an exceptional SEM team, fostering their growth
Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
7-8 years of profound SEM campaign management expertise
Mastery of Google, Facebook, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads
A solid grasp of keyword research and marketplace dynamics
Stellar communication skills, both written and spoken
Proven team leadership experience (1-3 years)
Fluent English for impactful client interactions and presentations
Google Certified – A badge of expertise in your SEM arsenal
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Prior experience in agency settings
Media planning and pitch-perfect presentation skills
A flair for crafting campaigns that elevate brand storytelling
International exposure through study or work
Familiarity with tools like SEM Rush and Google Analytics
