Job Overview: A talented and experienced Community Marketing Lead to join Female Daily Network. As the Community Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing our community marketing strategy to engage and grow our audience of beauty enthusiasts. You will work closely with our content and social media teams to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and develop loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other industry partners to maximize brand expo
• Manage and moderate our social media channels to foster a positive community experience.
• Develop and execute community marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow our audience.
• Plan and execute events and other activations to engage our community both online and offline.
• Develop and implement referral and loyalty programs to incentivize our community to promote our brand.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our audience.
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• 3+ years of experience in community marketing, social media marketing, or a related field, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
• Proven experience building and managing successful community marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in community marketing and social media.
• Monitor and analyze key community metrics to optimize our community marketing strategy and improve performance..
• Passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of our target audiencesure and reach.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content that resonates with our community and drives engagement.
