Quality Team Lead Jobs

We're looking for an exceptional Quality Team Lead!

Are you a Quality Assurance expert with a passion for leading teams and driving quality improvement initiatives? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our growing organization as a Quality Team Lead!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure adherence to food safety standards, HACCP, Halal, and ISO requirements.
• Develop and update quality manuals, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for quality improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Lead and oversee the Quality Team department, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality standards.
• Supervise and manage the quality control process, including inspection, testing, and sampling of food products.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures throughout the organization.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on quality control processes and best practices.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and generate reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, preferably in the food industry.
• Experience in conducting quality audits and managing compliance.
• Strong knowledge of quality control concepts and practices in the food industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
