Hey there!
We are currently looking for a Customer Support Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping exceptional customer experiences. As the mastermind behind our customer support operations, you'll collaborate with various teams like Sales, Marketing, and Product to elevate our service to new level.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Keep our complaint and top-tier customer databases up-to-date and accurate.
- Swiftly tackle any hurdles that come their way while they engage with our valued customers.
- Coach and guide our support stars during their shifts, amplifying their performance.
- Craft an environment where every customer interaction is not only smooth but also enlightening.
- Lead, and optimize the workflow of our enthusiastic customer support squad.
- Generate insightful reports tracking our customer service triumphs and pinpointing avenues for enhancement.
Requirements:
- Hold minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field.
- High attention to detail even in warp-speed situations.
- Proven experience in managing a team, with excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Strong in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint is a must.
- A creative troubleshooter, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- A natural leader, capable of steering our support dream team.
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience dazzling customers with your exceptional service, preferably in startups or fintech company.
