Job Description

Now we are looking for a Customer Support Operator (Advanced English and Chinese) in our team.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Escalating complex cases to the management/senior specialists.
  • Communicating with clients via email/chat
  • Processing client's request


About You:

  • Taking Responsibility
  • Adaptability
  • At least 6 months of experience in Customer Support in B2B/B2C
  • Clear Communication Skills (Advanced English and Chinese)
  • Empathy
  • Patience.
