We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Officer. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or issues they may have. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining positive customer relationships and fostering a positive brand image.
Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide informed responses and recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales or Technical Support, to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and company policies and procedures.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Identify and analyze patterns or trends in customer inquiries and feedback, providing insights and suggestions for process improvements or product enhancements.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries, providing accurate information, troubleshooting assistance, and resolution to issues.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services, pricing, policies, and procedures to effectively address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring a comprehensive record of customer interactions for future reference.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and good communication in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns and complaints.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proven experience in a customer support or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
