About the role 
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, and dotted line reporting to regional Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for the local market brand development and execution of TPB portfolio in Indonesia.  Strives to drive success and growth to increase demand at the distributor, retailers, and trade customers’ level.  This will include the customization of global /regional brand strategies into activities / programs that ladder up to the division’s ambition.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
MARKETING SUPPORT

• Distributor and customer costed plans 
• Project management: end to end ownership within A&P budget, timeline and quality management
• Activity execution – lead and adapt asset & message creation, distributor/retailer engagement.  Collateral design and production, executional excellence
• Responsible for coordination of winery visits, winemaker visit and schedules, virtual wine training sessions
• Support the data collection of market/competitor/product information for analysis related to Asia-led new product development and/or pack refresh initiatives 
• Activity design and execution to ensure viability in line with brand and commercial strategy
• Activity evaluation: full post activity review and evaluation to measure efficiencies and effectiveness to continuously feedback to the business for learning and improvement
• Activity planning to deliver the regional markets:
  • Depletion targets 
  • Distributor and customer costed plans 
  • Activation ROI metrics
• Responsible for coordination and delivery of samples requests
• Activation ROI metrics
• Depletion targets 
• Responsible for coordination and execution of in-store programs, POSM distribution, events, trade fairs and consolidation of activation reports 

ADMINSTRATIVE SUPPORT

• Assist any administrative duties assigned such as asset/file-sharing with internal/external stakeholders and/or invoicing process

About you

• Advanced computer skills using Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Access)
• Good understanding of e-commerce and retail environment in Indonesia
• Ability to build, manage and maintain effective stakeholder relationship, experience in managing and negotiating with agencies
• Strong communication skills
• Independent and fast learner with positive working attitude
• Meticulous, resourceful, and proactive
• Highly disciplined individual with the ability to multi-task and execute project deliverables according to deadlines
• Project management experience – to manage end to end execution of marketing activities
• Familiar and knowledgeable of Thailand and SEA markets (cultural nuances) 
• Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical and writing skills
• Excellent time management skills 
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in fast paced environment
• At least 5 years working experience in sales or marketing (alcohol industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement)
• Demonstrate common sense in analysis, business and marketing functions
