Position : Operation Executive (Customer Service) - ID
Level : Staff
Duties and Responsibilities
● Assist WhiteCoat HQ to manage daily local operations
● Liaising with local partners for operations and administrative requirements
● Track and feedback on any operational issues to management
● Assist with the development of in-house training materials
● Preparing operational reports and presentations to HQ
● Manage customer complaints and service recovery
● Implement and constantly update standard procedures for customer service team
● Prepare Overtime and Attendance reports monthly
● Fulfil additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business
Requirements
● Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree or equivalent in any field
● At least 2 years of working experiences in start-up, operations or customer service related field is required for this position.
● Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate constructively with colleagues, peers and subordinates.
● Able to exhibit initiative, demonstrate an ability to work independently, and manifest good team-spirit qualities
● Good analytical, organisational and communication skills (verbal and written), strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
● Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia (min able to communicate in English conversational)
● Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
