Service Project Operation Jobs

• Direct communicate & share all gathering issues to Service HOD
• Operation & strategic activity
• Gather and monitoring issue in Service department, share weekly summary report
• PDCA implementation for each issue & project
• Make communication with related section or department for solving issue and make project keep on target
• Implement department goal setting, monitor KPI & organization structure

• Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
• Be able to take critical decisions and handle stress
• Logically and analytically minded
• Excellent decision making, conflict & time management
• Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
• Have a strong sense of responsibility and execution with speed
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
• Have strong leadership skill & teamwork
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written & inter-personal Skills
• Have minimum 2 years experience in related field, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Presentable and articulate, excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and nonverbal)
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field
• Detailed oriented & numbers friendly
• Fluency in English will be an advantage
