Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing level 1 and Level 2 level hardware and software support around things for desktop, laptop, printer, Microsoft products.
  2. Adhering to all processes and documenting procedures accordingly
  3. Communicate with end user


Knowledge required:

  1. Operating System
  2. MS Office 365 – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, One Note, One Drive, SharePoint
  3. MS Teams
  4. Audio and Visual (conferencing)


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  2. Min. 2 years experience as IT Helpdesk/ IT Support
  3. Have decent English
