• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant certifications in IT (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, etc.)
What is Service Desk Analyst Knowledge?
• Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of network and system security
• Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques
What is Service Desk Analyst Experience?
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Previous experience in a technical support role
What is Service Desk Analyst Responsibilities?
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
