Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensurring support activities are monitored / logged, tracked and resolved appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Discussing problems with users
  • Answering incoming calls in a timely manner
  • Escallating calls to the appropriate technical / professional team if problem cannot resolved and need their helps
  • Being 1st level support for resolving problems reported by users


Requirements

  • High initiative, reliable and independent person
  • Deep knowledge of network concepts and IT based knowledge
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Sarjana graduates from Computer Science, Electronics or equivalent with at least 1 year experience on the same job function
  • Good customer service knowledge
  • Substantial experience in IT support to customers.
  • Have good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule (24x7)
