Responsibilities
- Ensurring support activities are monitored / logged, tracked and resolved appropriately and in a timely manner
- Discussing problems with users
- Answering incoming calls in a timely manner
- Escallating calls to the appropriate technical / professional team if problem cannot resolved and need their helps
- Being 1st level support for resolving problems reported by users
Requirements
- High initiative, reliable and independent person
- Deep knowledge of network concepts and IT based knowledge
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Sarjana graduates from Computer Science, Electronics or equivalent with at least 1 year experience on the same job function
- Good customer service knowledge
- Substantial experience in IT support to customers.
- Have good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Willing to work in shifting schedule (24x7)
