回答、记录和处理所有客人来电、请求、问题或疑虑。联系相应的个人或部门,以处理客人来电、请求或问题。
跟进和确保任何未处理的请求得到解决。告知客人收到的任何消息。核实和调整账单。操作电话交换台。监控繁忙或未应答的线路,查看未挂断的呼叫者以更新状态,并进行传话。启用/禁用客房消息指示灯;指导客人如何访问互联网;将遇到上网问题的客人转接至互联网服务提供商的客户支持热线。在信用卡、电话卡、长途、对方付费、海外和叫人电话方面协助呼叫者。将客人请求、事件、调整和评论卡录入至计算机中,以便进行适当的跟踪和存档。为客人提供路线指示和酒店信息。协助管理层培训、安排、评估、激励和指导员工;树立部门榜样。
遵守公司政策和程序;向经理报告事故、伤害和不安全的工作条件;确保制服和个人仪表整洁而专业;维护专有信息的机密性;保护公司资产。根据公司的标准,欢迎和答谢客人;预期并满足客人的服务需求;为残障人士提供协助;感谢客人的真诚赞赏。使用清晰专业的语言与人交谈;准确完整地编写和审核书面文件;采用适当的礼仪接听电话。建立和保持积极的工作关系,并支持团队达成共同目标。确保遵守质量标准。使用计算机/POS 系统输入和查找信息。在较长一段时间内保持站立、就坐或行走。在没有他人协助的情况下,移动、举起、携带、推动、拉动和放置重量不超过 10 磅 (4.54 kg) 的物体。履行主管要求的其他合理的工作职责。
