Business Leader - It Security Services

The Business Leader will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to enhance the cybersecurity offerings and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

Strategic leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow and evolve the Security Services division. Provide visionary leadership in the field of cybersecurity, aligning security services with the evolving threat landscape and business needs. Collaborate with executive management to set goals and objectives for the Security Services business unit.

Business Development:

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the cybersecurity sector, including threat detection and response, security assessments, and consulting. Foster partnerships and alliances with key industry players and technology vendors to enhance the security service offerings. Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective business development strategies.

Security Expertise:

Oversee the delivery of high-quality security services, ensuring they meet industry standards and exceed client expectations. Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously enhance our security solutions. Lead and support security assessments and consultations for clients as needed.

Team Management:

Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of security professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities to team members.

Financial Management:

Manage the budget/P&L for the Security Services business unit, tracking expenses and revenue to achieve financial goals. Drive cost-effective operations while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications:

• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Strong commercial acumen and experience in driving revenue growth in security services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make strategic decisions.
• Excellent understanding of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Proven track record in IT security leadership with a minimum of 5 years experience in the cybersecurity industry.
