Job band definition: to maintain IT computer systems and networks across the organization, resolving technical problems while managing end-user requests, such as installing software or configuring hardware.

Main Responsibility

• Maintenance (minor service such as replacement power adapter and reinstallation) of office notebooks
• Creating, maintaining, and monitoring environment virtualization using ESXi Hypervision and VMWare
• Liase with vendor and other IT personnel to resolve issue.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization.
• Coordinate with external service center for servicing
• Maintaining, upgrading and troubleshooting network (Ubuiquity router, switch, AP, and Synology
• Configuring and installing various devices and services
• Provide level 1 and 2 support and troubleshooting to resolve hardware and service

Competencies

• Business writing in English
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware
• Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality at all times
• LAN and WAN experience
• Excellent team spirit and good communication skills
• Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully
• Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Excellent organizational skills
• Deep understanding of networking protocols
• Has Experience in Ubiquity router, switch, AP, Synology NAS, and ESXi Hypervisor and VMWare
• Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Ability to perform in an evolving environment as well as to learn and adapt rapidly to new environment
• Educated to degree level in Computer Science or Engineering with GPA 3.25
• Having good communication in English both in verbal and listening.
• Flexibility and availability
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• 3 years experience in IT Networking Field
• Good Analytical and problem solving skills
