Currently PT. Grand Indonesia is looking for an IT Officer with the following requirements:

Qualifications:

• Familiarwiththesoftware and hardware of Network, PC’s and Server.
• Have knowledge of Network and Security devices and Servers.
• Have skills and knowledge of Google Sheet Formula & Function, Ms Project, Ms Visio, Ms Office, Windows Family Client, and Server.
• Excellent inBahasa andEnglish, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’sDegree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics.
• Proactive, self-learning,strivingfor excellentandfacilitating change.
• Have a minimum of 1-years’ experience in related field. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job descriptions:

• Handle administrative detail.
• Responsible todispatchingall issues and problem to the relevant IT support member.
• To remindthetechnical team toescalatetheissue ifitcan’t be handled bythetechnical team.
• Compose correspondenceandreports for IT department.
• Log all calls on the call logging system and maintain full documentation.
• Check andensureproceduresforITareapplied and have documentation.
