Responsibilities

• Experience with office automation applications, specifically Microsoft Office, Adobe , Autodesk and web browsers
• IT Operation, Asset Management, Helpdesk, or relevant Information Technology experience in a corporate environment preferred
• Completed routine research, analysis, specifications and documentation related to technical support or projects requiring technical resources
• Provided technical services including troubleshooting, network administration, technical support
• Experience with the setup and configuration of workstations (hardware and software), printers, and copiers
• Experience using and supporting Microsoft Office 365 and/or Google Workspace
• Performed software installation and Configuration, wireless networking support, technical support, and PC hardware/software repair Delivered comprehensive technical support in a collaborative environment for troubleshooting user issues and supporting requests for service

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years in same position
• Understanding the existing LAN/WAN network environment and new technologies
• Knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
• Understanding of Windows 7-11, Windows Server, and Linux operating systems
• Bachelor Degree in IT or relevance
• Communicative English
• Good knowledge of IT Support, Operations, and Security
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking skills, analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Computer Systems, Databases, Communication Tech, IT Security and
• Have knowledge of Information Technology (IT) Projects and Have experience in developing IT Infrastructure for a new site
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools
