It Architect (Infrastructure & Cloud)

• Maintain and evaluate existing IT portfolio both for local applications and infrastructure to identify and drive enhancements
• Participate in incident root cause investigations to provide technical perspective to ensure increased application reliability and performance
• Actively identify potential technical improvements and drive their implementations
• Provide IT consultancy to both internal IT and Business functions
• Manage IT Portfolio of business applications, software, hardware, and technological partnership
• Facilitate technical workshop with internal IT teams, business, and sometime vendors to discuss requirements and solutions
• Create and put to practice IT investment strategy – including assessment of each purchases
• Manage stakeholders including senior executives
• Participates on all phases of new SW/HW selection process by preparation of RFI, RFP documents, active communication with vendors, offers evaluations and implementation support
• Analyse complex business problems and design innovative technology solutions to solve them
• Liaise with Group Architecture overseas for new initiatives and align with Group strategy
• Drive governance processes ensuring compliance from IT perspective
• Analyse various integration and deployment options, describes and proposes optimal solution according to HC Group standards and strategy
• Perform capacity planning to ensure existing infrastructure can cater to business growth
• Provide technical guidance and execute on architectural patterns in collaboration with Group Architecture to IT teams
• Understanding of the latest technology trends in the market and assess potential implementation to address latest business issues

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology
• Excellent analytical skills and strategical thinking
• Good UML knowledge
• Agile person, able to encourage & facilitate the team
• Excellent knowledge and experience on some areas of Infrastructure; data centre, server, storage, and network
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge on Infrastructure as Code
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge on containerized infrastructure
• Good knowledge of financial services industry and its operations
• At least 5 years’ experience at equivalent position or senior system/infrastructure analyst position, preferably in financial/banking sector
• High initiative, reliable and independent person with high attention to detail
• Fluent English – around 50% of day to day activities will be conducted in English
• Architecture framework certification such as TOGAF is beneficial
• Willingness to understand Home Credit business and processes
• Excellent knowledge of integration patterns and application technologies
• Excellent knowledge on cloud services and their adoption, preferably Azure Cloud Services
