Job Description

:

  • Perform new pc installation/preparation and in-tune the onboarding process
  • Install and ensure defender is running properly
  • Troubleshooting LAN network repairs, and wireless LANs
  • Troubleshooting CCTV, telephony, printers, and scanners
  • Install licensed application software requests from users
  • Perform repairs from each Incident Management


Requirement :

  • Mastering LAN, WAN, VPN, Fibre Optic, and Wireless LAN networks
  • Experienced working in a company with a high level of compliance
  • Mastering and understanding Microsoft Office 365 & defender applications
  • Have good work ethics, good communication skill & proactively raise issues
  • Have good teamwork – able to collaborate with other IT teams
  • Mastering and understanding the installation process of licensed application software
  • Provide good serviceability to work quickly and precisely
  • Mastering and understanding the repair of printers, CCTV, analogue phones, IP phones, fingerprints, and scanners
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in relevant fields
  • Willing to work in shift - placement in Karawang
  • Mastering and understanding the in-tune client process
