It Infrastructure And Operation Division Manager

:

1. IT Support and Services on Incident Management, Service Request, Reporting Delivery – SLA Based

• Problem management analytic to prevent repeatable issues.
• Level 2 in terms of IT Infrastructure support. (and assisted MAA IT Overseas Operation). Resolve the issues on the scope and SLA. And advise for solutions that can be taken to avoid same errors and/or improvements (Problem management)

2. IT Store/Bazaar Projects

• Oversee store installation projects to ensure it runs properly and timely (especially for store opening or renovation) e.g. music on laptop installation, Telkom installation, network changes, etc.

3. Management Service

• Facilitate brand principal’s requests in regards to IT system
• Deliver the consultancy, advisory, training and data points of IT aspects to business units
• Lead IT Infrastructure Improvement projects for MAA stores.

4. People Development

• Lead the team to achieve the target, and review for IT Team’s performance (Performance Appraisal); discuss with team member if there is any member that not satisfied with the result
• Direct team to join training programs (minimum of 1 training programs a year) as KPI

Requirements

• Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, communication skills, and technical team management deployment
• Bachelor’s degree, majoring in IT or computer’s science; Master’s degree is a plus
• Certifications: IT Information Library (IT IL), optional: COBIT
• Min. 10 years’ experience in related field, preferably 7 years leadership experience
• Strong IT skills (IT service management (ITSM), IT Security and Risk Management, Network Governance, IT Project Management)
