It Division Head (Multi-Finance Industry)

PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in the multi-finance company in finding great talent as an IT Division Head with the requirement as follows:

Working Location: South Jakarta

• Continuously conducting research on developments in the world of technology and also insights in the IT world
• Carry out maintenance on hardware and security of the source code used by IT
• Analyzing and Providing recommendations on the specifications of IT equipment for all company's investment plans based on the result of product trials offered
• Monitoring activation process, performance services and invoice payments made by telecommunications data providers.
• Develop and Increase the capacity and competence of the IT Div through continuous coaching and training.
• Ensure the infrastructure is always maintained and ensure support for any technological problems.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of the application of data information security available on the server and maintain the application server access rights.
• Making IT Division's annual budget and monitoring its use
• Responsible for making the IT Division's annual planning strategy to formulate activities / planning for system upgrades/additions in accordance with companys strategy
• Ensure that all IT Division operational activities run according to SOPs
• Evaluate all policies related to the IT Division
• Act as the company representative to third parties, negotiate work agreements and purchase prices for IT Div Infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and capable of managing large teams.
• Minimum 15 year experience in the same field, and minimum 2 years in General Manager level, preferably in Multi-Finance company
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree, Information Technology or Information System
• Advanced analytical and critical thinking, detailed oriented.
• Proven experience in developing systems, manage technical support, network, datacenter, security, etc.
• Driven, have good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Have experience with Confins R2 system
