SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY

• Position: Sales Assistant Manager - Container Division
• Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Being a Sales Assistant Manager at Container Division at Deliveree requires a minimum of 3 years of full-time working experience in sales, candidates who have experience in a logistics, forwarders, or shipping lines company are preferred but not required. Knowledge of the process of shipping via container and its documentation properly, including shipments by LCL (Less Container Load) or FCL (Full Container Load) is good to have but also not required.

In this role, you would be a key member of our Business Development of Container Division. Our dynamic and growing Container Team fulfills the following role in our Indonesia business:

• Sourcing and developing new enterprise and corporate business (door-to-door sales canvassing)
• Managing programs and initiatives to increase enterprise customer engagement
• Managing all key account relationships, requests, and business opportunities
• Leading new client engagements before passing to our Operations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong analysis, delegation, and negotiation skills
• A minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience in sales
• Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Knowledge about the LCL & FCL shipment process is also not required, but good to have
• Good English skills and confident organizational communication skills
• Comfortable with outdoor work setting under the heat and at client sites
• Working experience in a Logistics, forwarders, or shipping lines company is not required, but good to have
• Confident with sales target and willing to do on-the-ground door-to-door sales canvassing
