Job Description

Polibeli (part of Xingyun Group) is looking for aInventory Control Specialistto join our team as soon as possible, with details as below:


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure stock accuracy meets requirement
  2. Create order, communicate with commodity and logistics team for pick up process
  3. Inform Warehouse Team if any unavailable stock from supplier
  4. Billing warehouse reconsiliation
  5. Create payment application for finance process


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in related major
  2. Intermediate in excel data processing
  3. Strong data analytics skill & communication
  4. Have at least 1 year experience in related position (Inventory Warehouse)
  5. Able to use English for daily communication.
  6. Initiative and ability to work in discipline-independently
