Inventory Control Senior Manager

Job Overview:

Responsible for monitoring stocktake in stores and warehouses and ensure accuracy of stock take result (data vs physical inventory)

Responsibilities will be (but not limited to):

• Support inventory team to perform Goods Issue process documentation in SAP, after scrapping execution
• Monitor stocktake activities in stores, warehouses, office code, and IT fixed asset
• Prepare and analyse Internal Cycle Count report from store, to ensure the data is accurate and the stocktake has been done to all stores, determine which stores to be put on high priority for stocktake execution, etc.
• Review stocktake reports to ensure its accuracy
• Do journal process on missing item, posting stocktake discrepancies (data vs physical inventory) into the system
• Monitor supplier’s stock in stores (Kidz Station stores only, with consignment goods)

Requirements:

• Certifications / licenses – none
• Experience – 10 years in related field
• Education – Bachelor’s degree from Accounting/Management
• Special skills – basic function of SAP, basic accounting, leadership and communication skills
